My older home had been used as a rental with long term tenants, the house needed so many repairs when they moved out I called one of those “we buy ugly houses” companies they made me a cash offer that was low but I thought it was my only choice. Robyn's team called me and asked that I at least talk with Robyn about listing, I was skeptical but I made the appointment Robyn came out as was confident she could sell it for 30k more that the offer I had.
